Green Bay has been blessed with a very high degree of quality health care delivered by three
hospitals (St. Vincent-547 beds, big in surgery, perinatal care and acts as a regional cancer center, Bellin-167
beds, known for their cardiac care and St. Marys-158 beds, a general hospital). Hundreds of physicians provide
care for people in Northeast Wis. We are known as a regional health care center.
In addition there has been a recent consolidation of clinics into the Prevea
and Aurora health care systems. We are also constructing a 4th major hospital under
the BayCare health system.
